Operations Manager
Responsible for day‑to‑day operations at the loading bay
to ensure trucks are loaded efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Oversee
loading activities to maintain the correct quality and quantity of coal,
coordinates with logistics and production teams to minimize downtime, and
enforces compliance with safety and environmental standards. Manages workforce
scheduling, equipment utilization, and quality control checks to achieve
consistent throughput and operational excellence.
Business Relationship Manager
Single point of contact for industrial clients, responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring inventory requirements are managed collaboratively with each client. Oversees communication, scheduling, and supply alignment to guarantee timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Operations Support Specialist
Provides cross‑functional support to Operations, Logistics, and Business Relationship Managers, handling weighbridge reconciliation and general admin duties.
Logistics Manager
Responsible for managing all transportation and logistics contracts, ensuring service providers work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Business Relationship Manager to deliver shipments on time and in accordance with required quality, quantity, and safety standards. Oversees carrier performance, coordinates scheduling, and maintains strong communication channels to support seamless end‑to‑end delivery execution.
